EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Baum und Pferdgarten is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Communications Team and advance our digital performance through strategic, insight-led email marketing efforts. JOB OVERVIEW
As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the performance and growth of our B2C email marketing activities. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our CRM and email strategies — ensuring that every communication reflects the Baum und Pferdgarten tone of voice and contributes to our business goals.
You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative to optimize customer journeys, build automations, and deliver inspiring and measurable campaigns that engage our community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, create, and execute all B2C email marketing campaigns in alignment with the brand and marketing calendar.
- Develop and maintain automated flows and lifecycle journeys to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Segment and grow the email database through organic lead initiatives and optimized sign-up experiences.
- Ensure all emails meet brand guidelines, are mobile-optimized, and deliver best-in-class user experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, deriving insights to improve results continuously.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Production Manager to define and refine KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks.
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tools to keep our communication innovative and effective.
- QUALIFICATIONS
Work experience with email marketing. - Solid understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar). Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics, segmentation, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for design and brand alignment.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about digital storytelling, community building, and brand experience.
